Table 9.2470 Industrial Zoning Lot Standards <br />9.2471 S ecial Standards for Table 9.2470. <br />(1) Lot area, frontage, and width minimums may be adjusted pursuant to the <br />provisions of EC 9.9050 of this land use code. In general, this zone is intended to protect <br />outstanding natural resource areas identified in adopted plans.
