9.2685 Special Development Standards for Table 9.2684. <br />(1) The building height is limited to the height allowed in an abutting residential <br />zone when located within 50 feet of the boundary of the residential zone. <br />(2) Front and interior yard minimum setbacks maybe adjusted pursuant to the <br />provisions of EC 9.8030(2) Setback Standards Adjustment. <br />(3) There is no minimum required landscape area except as required to meet <br />landscape standards for parking lots in EC 9.6420 Parking Area Design and <br />Improvements. <br />9.2686 Public Land Zone Lot Standards.
