Billing narratives and invoices and bi-annual HUD-mandated reports. <br />Task 1.7 Public Engagement Groundwork <br />Purpose: To prepare for informing the public and interested parties about the activities of <br />the Lane Livability Consortium. <br />Activities: Develop website and begin preparing public engagement materials, including <br />fact sheets, press releases, and other materials. Ongoing communication <br />including website posting, public presentations, newsletters or other media <br />(throughout the project). <br />Products: Program website; Fact sheets, press releases, and other materials; <br />Presentation(s); Interested Parties List. <br />Task 1.8 Data Plan <br />Purpose: To assess existing data collection and determine whether any gaps exist for <br />measuring long-term outcomes as identified in the grant. <br />Activities: Inventory and assess existing data sources and performance measures within <br />Consortium agencies and regionally. Identify gaps in data sources. Completion <br />of data plan, including ongoing data collection and data sharing agreements for <br />measuring long-term outcomes. Investigate opportunities for data visualization <br />techniques. <br />Products: Data Inventory; Final Data Plan <br />PHASE II SUSTAINABILITY BASELINE ASSESSMENT <br />Task 2.1 Public Engagement Assessment Framework <br />Purpose: To develop a framework for assessing current public engagement activities <br />within the region, focusing on access and participation levels of typically <br />underrepresented groups and individuals. <br />Activities: Consortium meeting(s), research, draft framework for review and comment, final <br />framework documentation. <br />Products: Public engagement assessment framework (draft and final) <br />Task 2.2 Assess Existing Public Engagement Programs <br />Purpose: To assess current public engagement activities within the region, focusing on <br />access and participation levels of typically underrepresented groups and <br />individuals. To identify existing best practices and areas for improvement. <br />Adapt existing or develop new public engagement tools, materials and processes <br />based upon results of evaluation. <br />Activities: Inventory and assess existing public engagement programs, activities, and <br />policies within Consortium agencies and regionally. <br />Products: Program Inventory; Program Assessment(s); Draft Assessment document for <br />review and comment; Final Public Engagement Assessment; Best Practices; New, <br />6/17/2011 2 of 10 <br /> <br />
