In addition to the approval criteria at EC 9.8855 Zone_Chan_ge_Approval criteria <br />the S -HBS Historic Brunner - Schmitz House Special Area Zone applies only to the parcel of land <br />located at 1415 River Road, Eugene, Oregon, Assessor's Map 17- 04- 13 -33, Tax Lot 4652, as <br />shown on the attached Exhibit B. <br />(c) S-HBS Historic Brunner- Schmitz House Special Area Zone Land Use and <br />Permit Requirements.
