State minimum wage is adjusted yearly effective January 1 and the temporary salary <br />plan will be reviewed and adjustments made to reflect the new minimum wage rate. A <br />market review of the temporary salary plan may be conducted by Human Resources <br />periodically or if the need warrants it.
