Holiday pay for part -time, <br />regular employees shall be prorated to their regular work schedule. Holidays which <br />occur during vacation or sick leave are coded to holiday time and not charged against <br />the employee's vacation or sick leave. <br />Confidential, non - represented employees (covered by FLSA) who are required to work <br />on a holiday will be compensated for all hours worked on the holiday at 1 -112 times their <br />straight -time rate in addition to holiday pay. This premium pay shall be due for working <br />on either the actual holiday or the observed holiday, but not both.
