operation's designated holiday should take an alternate day off within 60 days following <br />the holiday. <br />If a City operation is regularly scheduled to be open on a designated holiday and the <br />holiday falls on an employee's scheduled day off, the employee will receive an <br />"alternate" holiday which must be used within 60 days following the holiday.
