Reporting Back to Work/Reemployment Rights <br />After military training or service, the employee must report back to work or request <br />reemployment within the time frames below. <br />Service of 1 to 30 days: the employee must report to work no later than the first <br />regularly scheduled workday following completion of service, following an 8 hours rest <br />period following transportation home. <br />Service of 31 to 180 days: The employee must request reemployment within 14 <br />calendar days after completion of military duty. <br />Service of 181 days or more: The employee must request employment within 90 <br />calendar days after completion of military duty: The emplo� must be returned to the <br />position in which the employee would have been employe r the military service or <br />to a position of like seniority, status and pay.
