Salary Range Adjustments for Position Reclassification (Cont'd) <br />If the employee is due a merit increase at the same time, or within two (2) months of the reclass, a supervisor <br />completes a performance review and grants the employee a two step increase. <br />There is no new probationary period for the employee unless the employee is reclassed through an internal <br />competitive process. <br />Pay day <br />You will usually be paid every other Friday. If the normal pay day falls on.a holiday, pay day will be on Payroll's last <br />workday preceding the normal pay day. Emergency draws against your earned salary are restricted to a severe <br />emergency and requires the approval of your supervisor. <br />13 <br />
