Supervisory Employee <br />A supervisory employee performs supervisory functions such as hiring, salary <br />administration, evaluation, transfer, promotion, demotion, discipline, adjustment of <br />grievances, or recommendation of any personnel action as well as day -to -day <br />supervisory activities. <br />"Supervisory functions" is defined to include: hiring, salary administration, evaluation, <br />transfer, promotion, demotion, discipline, adjustment of grievances, or recommendation <br />on any personnel action, as well as day -to -day supervisory responsibilities. Direct <br />supervision means primary supervision of an employee.
