These <br />employees perform work that involves the administration of labor agreements, <br />processing of grievances, and development of bargaining unit positions or support of <br />Human Resources and executive director employees who develop recommendations or <br />make decisions directly related to management policies in the area of collective <br />bargaining. These employees are eligible for overtime. <br />
