It is important that the City maintains impartiality in its hiring <br />decisions so as to avoid the perception of conflict of interest or favoritism. To this end, <br />the City has developed a detailed policy on nepotism and personal relationships, <br />outlined in the link below, which covers hiring as well as other supervisory <br />responsibilities.
