There are a variety of career <br />development tools, resources, and opportunities available to regular employees who <br />have passed their probationary period. Employees may file a formal Career <br />Development Plan or apply for a career development assignment. They may also use <br />Career Development resources available in Human Resources. In addition, the City's <br />Employee Assistance Program is a resource to assist employees in identifying their <br />career interests and goals. Recruitment and Selection sta also available to assist <br />employees with career development planning. <br />����p <br />Employees in their introductory period of probation and the <br />positions are not eligible to file a formal Career Developme <br />career development assignment.
