The City acknowledges its legal responsibility to provide uninsured/under - <br />insured motorist coverage as required by Oregon Revised Statutes. <br />The uninsured /under- insured motorist coverage provided shall be excess over any other <br />collateral benefits to which the injured person is entitled.
