LCOG, and MPO <br /> Timing Months 6 to 9 <br /> Special Note Consider how the outputs from the Regional Transportation <br />Options Plan could be integrated into this analysis. <br />Task 3.2 Core Area Reports <br /> Purpose To collect needed data and develop findings within each core <br />planning function (Economic Development, Affordable Housing, <br />and Transportation), as well as supporting areas such as Natural <br />Resources, Water Infrastructure, and Energy, to inform the <br />Sustainability Assessment. <br /> Goal(s) Creation of additional shared elements in regional <br /> <br /> <br />transportation, housing, water, and air quality, and economic <br />development plans tied to local comprehensive land use and <br />capital investment plans (HUD Long-term Outcome). <br />Improved integration of sustainability components within <br /> <br /> <br />planning policies and processes. <br /> Activities Data collection and research of plans and processes, <br />documentation, presentation, review and comment <br /> Public Info/Invo Public comment/review of draft reports. <br /> Products Economic Development Program Inventory and Assessment <br /> <br /> <br />Affordable Housing Program Inventory and Assessment <br /> <br /> <br />Transportation Program Inventory and Assessment <br /> <br /> <br />Additional Inventories and Assessments, as needed (e.g. Energy <br /> <br /> <br />and Water, Recreation and Open Space , and Natural <br />Resources) <br />Locally based Cost/benefit analyses of LEED construction <br /> <br /> <br />practices and increased residential density. <br />Public Health Impact Statement development based on Core <br /> <br /> <br />Public Health Functions, and integration with existing ACHIEVE <br />grant.. <br /> Lead UO CPW (Coordination) <br />Lane County (Economic Development and Public Health) <br />City of Eugene (Affordable Housing) <br />Central Lane MPO (Transportation) <br />Housing and Community Services Agency of Lane County <br /> Other Participants Consortium members <br /> Timing Months 6 to 12 <br /> Special Notes Include energy, natural resources, recreation, Board of Health <br />reports, and open space plans in creation of additional shared <br />elements in regional plans. <br />Task 3.3 Integration Analysis <br /> Purpose To identify planning program areas that could be further integrated <br />with one another to support sustainability outcomes. <br /> Goal(s) Creation of additional shared elements in regional <br /> <br /> <br />transportation, housing, water, and air quality plans tied to <br />Lane Livability Consortium 11 <br />
