Mr. Coyle said a yearly review was something that could be beneficial. He said he would take it as staff <br />direction to see how a yearly review could be implemented. <br /> <br /> Mr. Wanichek withdrew the motion. <br /> <br />Ms. Pierce called for an update of agreements that had been reached so far. <br /> <br />There was general discussion over the idea of reinstating an Ombudsman position. <br /> <br />Ms. Edwards said she was not in favor of adding the position, .ahd added that the charge of the committee <br />did not allow being so specific about positions offered by the City. <br /> <br />In response to a question from Mr. Forbes regarding .what he woulct aesire regarding such a position, Mr. <br />Coyle said he would recommend an increase in busipess assistance as well as a position for resolving <br />administrative issues. <br /> <br />Mr. Bowerman said an Ombudsman was a person that was put over a problem. He recommended solving <br />the problems. <br /> <br />Mr. Coyle said he would bring back a recommendation to the next meeting. <br /> <br />VI.
