Pursuant to those charter <br />provisions, the amendments to Sections 7.010, 7.170, 7.175, 7.190, and 7.407. of the Eugene <br />Code, 1971, and the addition of Sections 7.180 and 7.193 of that code, as provided in this <br />Ordinance, shall became effective six months from the date of its passage by an affirmative vote <br />of two- thirds of the members of the city council.
