The reference to <br />"Improvement Assistant Program" in subsection (4) of EC 7.193 as adopted by Ordinance No. <br />20469 is an error. The correct reference is "Improvement Assistance Program." <br />Please effect a scrivener error correction so that subsection (4) of EC 7.193 as adopted by <br />Ordinance No. 20469 reads: <br />"[4} Property owners deferring payment pursuant to this section are not eligible to <br />participate in the Improvement Assistance Program." <br />This correction is authorized by Ordinance No. 20469. A copy of this memo should be <br />attached to that Ordinance. <br />
