PROMBITION OF CURB CUTS AND STREET PARKING In order to protect the ' publi c investment in arterial highways and to insure the rapid and safe movement of traffic, curb cuts and parking (other than emergency parrki *g) on certain main thoroughfares, ' as listed below, is hereafter prohibited, Mill Street -- Ferry Street Bridge connection between Broadway and Ferry Street Brid e. SECTION XXVII MOVING OF BUILDINGS OR STRUCTURES ` r Before a permit is issued for a building or structure to be moved from one lot to another within the 'City, or moved into the City from - • - an area not wi thin the City Limits,' a five hundred dollar ( 0500 ) bond must be posted with • the City, and the Building Inspector must deter— mine that the building or structure will meet the following require+ S , tent s : . . 1.
