testimony of members of the public. <br />Now, therefore, based upon the above findings, and the <br />testimony presented at the above hearing, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EUGENE, a <br />Municipal Corporation of the State of Oregon, as follows: <br />section 1 . Resolution Nos. 2341, 3129, and any other <br />resolution in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. <br />Section 2 * The 1990 Interim Housing Dispersal Policy Plan and <br />attached map is hereby adopted as the housing dispersal policy for <br />the City of Eugene. <br />Section 3 .
