Page 3 - Interim Housing Dispersal Policy <br />4. Projects intended for low-income families that receive City assistance <br />for construction shall be limited in size to not more than 80 units, except <br />in cases where a project combines both units to serve families At 50% of <br />median income or below and families above these incomes (mixed income <br />projects) . In this event, units to serve families at 50% of median income <br />or below w i l l be limited to 80 units or to 20% of all units, which ever <br />is greater. <br />5. In evaluating sites for subsidized housing, consideration should be <br />given to the conservation of existing housing units which are standard or <br />feasible for rehabilitation. <br />
