Department, the City Council hereby denies the application of Public Private Partnerships for an ad <br />valorem property tax exemption under the City's Low-Income Rental Housing Property Tax Exemption <br />Program for the property located at Marche Chase Drive and Kinsrow Avenue, Eugene, Oregon (Tax <br />Lot 17-03-28-40-1406), as more particularly described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated <br />herein by reference. <br /> <br /> Section 2. The applicant has the right to appeal the denial of its application in the manner set <br />forth in ORS 34.010 to 34.100. <br /> <br /> Section 3. The City Manager, or the Manager's designee, is requested to forward a copy of this <br />Resolution to the applicant within ten days from the date hereof. <br /> <br /> Section 4.
