CITY COUNCIL RETREAT <br /> <br />The City Council was joined by members of the Executive Management Team: City Manager Jon Ruiz, <br />Assistant City Manager/Planning and Development Director Sarah Medary, Police Chief Pete Kerns, <br />Public Works Director Kurt Corey, Library, Recreation, and Cultural Services Director Renee Grube, <br />City Attorney Glenn Klein, Fire and EMS Chief Randy Grove, and Central Services Director Kristi <br />Hammitt.
