Fair, Stable and Adequate Financial Resources Central Services Exec Director Kristie Hammitt <br />A long-term sustainable budget <br /> <br />New or expanded revenue sources <br /> <br />Accessible and transparent financial information <br /> <br /> <br />The Executive Management Team shared updates on several topics, including streets and infrastructure, <br />the Diversity and Equity Strategic Plan, the work of the Council Committee on Human Services Funding, <br />the Opportunity Eugene Task Force on Homelessness, downtown revitalization efforts and public safety, <br />ambulance funding, and community trends in demographics and employment. The council discussed <br />organizational strategies and desired outcomes related to the topic areas.
