Attachment 11 <br />16.231 Lane Code 16.231 <br /> (aa)A written statement, on a form provided by the <br />Department, from the person’s physician, therapist, or other professional counselor, <br />disclosing the existence and general nature of the hardship. <br /> (bb) A written statement, on the form provided by the <br />Department, disclosing any family relationship of the person with the hardship and the <br />existing resident who will provide care. <br /> (iv)The temporary manufactured dwelling will be located on the <br />same legal lot as the existing dwelling. <br /> (v)The temporary manufactured dwelling will be connected to the <br />same on-site sewage disposal system serving the existing dwelling. <br /> (vi)The temporary manufactured dwelling will comply with <br />sanitation and building code requirements. <br /> (vii) Approval of temporary manufactured dwelling permits shall be <br />valid until December 31 of the year following the year of original permit approval and <br />may be renewed once every two years until the hardship situations cease. <br /> (d) Residential home. <br /> (e)Buildings accessory to a dwelling, mobile home or duplex, such as <br />garages, storerooms, woodsheds, laundry, playhouses, greenhouses, hobby shop, animal <br />or fowl shelter or similar and related accessory uses. <br /> (f) Bed and breakfast accommodation. <br /> (g) Farm use, subject to conditions and limitations provided herein: <br /> (i)The totalnumber of livestock allowed on a property shall be <br />limited to the area of the property divided by the total minimum area required for each <br />animal listed below: <br /> (aa)One horse, cow or swine per acre; <br /> or <br /> (bb) One goat or sheep per half acre. <br /> (ii)A minimum of 500 square feet of area shall be required for <br />each chicken, other fowl or rabbit kept on the property. <br /> (iii)The number of colonies of bees allowed on a property shall be <br />limited to one colony for each 10,000 square feet of lot area and shall be located no closer <br />than 50 feet from any property line. <br /> (h) Forest uses, including the propagation and harvesting of forest <br />products grown on the property, but not including a primary processing facility. <br /> (i) Roadside stand. <br /> (j)Public and semipublic buildings, structures and uses rendering direct <br />service to the public in local areas, such as fire stations, utility substations, pump stations <br />and wells. <br /> (k)Noncommercial dog kennels, subject to conditions and limitations <br />provided herein: <br /> (i)For more than three dogs over four months of age, there shall <br />be at least 5,000 square feet of lot area for each dog on the lot. <br /> (ii)Where the lot area is 20 acres or less, the maximum number of <br />dogs over four months of age shall be eight. <br /> (iii)Where the lot area exceeds 20 acres and where more thaneight <br />dogs over four months of age are accommodated, kennel structures and fenced runs shall <br />be required for all such dogs in excess of eight and shall be located at least 100 feet from <br />any adjoining property. <br /> (iv)All dogs shall be owned by the kennelowner, except those <br />temporarily kept for purposes of breeding. <br />16-341 <br />LC16.229_234 <br />
