Public Facilities and Services Element <br /> <br />Include measures in local land development regulations that minimize the amount of impervious <br />surface in new development in a manner that reduces stormwater pollution, reduces the <br />negative effects from increases in runoff, and is compatible with Metro Plan policies. (Policy <br />G.18) <br /> <br />Consistent with this policy, the code amendment related to driveways and parking areas in multi-family <br />zones will minimize the amount of imperious surface for new duplexes and single-family dwellings. <br /> <br />H. Parks and Recreation Facilities Element <br /> <br /> Encourage the development of private recreational facilities.
