Applicable Adopted Refinement Plans The following applicable adopted refinement plans contain policies that are applicable to these code amendments: • Fairmount /UO Special Area Study • 19 and Agate Special Area Study • West University Neighborhood • Whiteaker Plan • Willakenzie Area Plan The applicable policies from these refinement plans (in italics) are addressed below. Based on the findings, the proposal is consistent with and supported by the applicable provisions of these adopted refinement plans.
