PASSED: 7:0. <br /> <br /> Item A: Approval of Tentative Working Agenda <br /> Councilor Brown noted that several people had expressed concerns about the Santa <br />Clara/River Road new housing development project and asked if a public hearing <br />could be scheduled on this item soon. City Manager reported that a public forum on <br />this issue was being scheduled on November 19, 2012. <br /> <br /> MOTION AND VOTE: Councilor Brown, seconded by Councilor Farr, moved to approve <br />item A on the consent calendar.
