Amendment language requested by Councilor Bettman: <br />Move to amend Section 1200 (B) (1) to read: "The addition of improvements or activities which <br />represent a substantial change in the purpose and objectives of this plan, and which cost more than <br />~,~,,,,,,,,,,,¢<~ ~ $250,000. The~,~,,,,,,,,,,,¢<~ ~ $250,000 amount will be adjusted annually from the year 2003 <br />according to the "Engineering News Record" construction cost index for the Northwest area." <br /> <br />CITY MANAGER'S RECOMMENDATION <br />The City Manager recommends approving the amendments to the Central Eugene Project Urban <br />Renewal Plan. <br /> <br />SUGGESTED MOTION <br />Move to approve an ordinance adopting an amended Urban Renewal Plan for the Central Eugene <br />Project. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />A.
