Public Facilities and Services Element <br />45. (Page 136, Park and Recreation Facilities) Amend Proposed Action 2.1 <br />as follows: <br />2.1 Design maintenance and improvement programs that support natural <br />resources and minimize damage to natural vegetation, natural drain- <br />age, and critical wildlife habitats. <br />Neighborhood Design Element <br />46. (Page 156 - Willamette Greenway) Change the opening phrase in the last <br />sentence of the paragraph at the top of page 156 as follows: <br />< "In addition to the standard greenway review criteria summarized <br />above, the following standards shall apply to development within <br />the greenway in the Willakenzie area: ".> <br />"The following use management standards are consistent with State- <br />wide Land Use Goal 15 and shall apply to development within the <br />greenway in the Willakenzie area ". <br />47. (Page 156 - Willamette Greenway). Add the following standards to the <br />Willamette Greenway Standards: <br />7. Significant fish and wildlife habitats <br />adopted Natural Resources Special Stud <br />Natural Assets and Constraints Working <br />ed. Sites subsequently determined to <br />Oregon Department of fish and Wildlife <br />ed. <br />, as identified in the <br />y, or Metropolitan Plan <br />Paper shall be protect - <br />be significant by the <br />shall also be protect- <br />8. (Page 156 - Willamette Greenway) Add a Willamette Greenway Map to the <br />Neighborhood Design section on the Willamette Greenway. (See Attachment <br />J) <br />49. (Page 158 - Natural Resources Area Map) Amend the map by adding <br />Gillespie Butte Cemetery and Gillespie Butte meadow to the Natural Re- <br />sources Map as upland area.
