Public Facilities and Services Element 45. (Page 136, Park and Recreation Facilities) Amend Proposed Action 2.1 as follows: 2.1 Design maintenance and improvement programs that support natural resources and minimize damage to natural vegetation, natural drain- age, and critical wildlife habitats. Neighborhood Design Element 46. (Page 156 - Willamette Greenway) Change the opening phrase in the last sentence of the paragraph at the top of page 156 as follows: < "In addition to the standard greenway review criteria summarized above, the following standards shall apply to development within the greenway in the Willakenzie area: ".> "The following use management standards are consistent with State- wide Land Use Goal 15 and shall apply to development within the greenway in the Willakenzie area ". 47. (Page 156 - Willamette Greenway). Add the following standards to the Willamette Greenway Standards: 7. (Page 158 - Natural Resources Area Map) Amend the map by adding Gillespie Butte Cemetery and Gillespie Butte meadow to the Natural Re- sources Map as upland area. (See Attachment K) -12-
