The City shall recognize the three lots along the east side of <br />Coburg Road, north of County Farm Road and adjacent to the <br />subarea boundary (tax lots 1700, 1701, 1702 -- Assessor's Map <br />17- 03 -09 -0 0) as being appropriate for low- density residential <br />land use. <br />11.1 Rezone the two parcels in this area which are currently <br />zoned C -1 Neighborhood Commercial to R -1 Low - Density <br />Residential.> <br />23. Delete Light Medium Industrial <br />category from map legend and remove references to it in the text for <br />Coburg- Crescent area. (See Attachment G) <br />25. (Page 64, Coburg Crescent Subarea) Delete Policy 2 and Proposed Action <br />2.1, as follows: <br /><2. The City shall recognize the area east of Old Coburg Road, and <br />abutting Interstate 5, as depicted on the Willakenzie Land Use <br />Diagram, as appropriate for Light- Medium Industrial development. <br />2.1 Amend the Metro Plan Diagram from low- density residential to a <br />light- medium industrial designation for the above - referenced <br />area, as depicted on the Willakenzie Land Use Diagram.> <br />
