17. (Page 46, Goodpasture Island Subarea) Add the following to policy 11: <br />11. The City shall consider the Marist High School site (Tax Lot 1801, <br />1803, and 1702 -- Assessor's Map 17- 04 -13 -0 0) as being appropriate <br />for medium - density residential development. The change does not <br />imply that the property is available for medium density residential <br />development but is intended to control the use of the property in <br />the event that it is no longer used as a school site. <br />18. (Page 49 and 51- Delta Subarea) The eastern boundary of the Delta Sub- <br />area south of Green Acres Road is incorrect. The boundary was created <br />to show the division between residential parcels and commercial parcels. <br />In fact, the four parcels on the west side of Tabor Street should be <br />designated Commercial as they are zoned GO. Change the subarea boundary <br />to incorporate these four tax lots in the Delta Subarea Map and to re- <br />move the same four tax lots from the North Central Subarea Map. <br />Attachment D) <br />19. (Page 50 - North Central Subarea) Amend Proposed Action 1.1 to reflect <br />a change in the size of the proposed Medium Density Residential designa- <br />tion south of Ayres Road and west of Gilham. <br />1.1 Amend the Metro Plan Diagram from low- density residential to a <br />medium - density residential land use designation for the above -ref- <br />erenced area, as depicted on the Willakenzie Land Use Diagram. <br />This area shall not exceed <11> 21 acres in size. <br />20. (Page 51 - North Central Subarea map) Change the map to show an addi- <br />tional 10 acres designated for Medium Density Residential land use in <br />the area south of Ayres Road and west of Gilham Road. (See Attachment <br />E) <br />21. (Page 53 - Unincorporated Subarea map) Change the map to show an addi- <br />tional 20 acres designated for Medium Density Residential land use. The <br />map change should allocate 5 acres to the Medium Density Residential <br />area in Opportunity Area "A" north of Ayres Road at the North Delta <br />Highway intersection, 5 acres to the Medium Density Residential area in <br />Opportunity Area "B ", and 10 acres to the proposed Medium Density Resi- <br />dential area west of County Farm Loop and east of Gilham School.
