Attachment C - Application Materials <br />BEFORE THE HEARINGS OFFICIAL OF THE CITY OF EUGENE, OREGON <br />Final Order in Z 88-6 <br />The Hearings Official of the City of Eugene finds as follows: <br />1. On February 29, 1988 the following application for a change of <br />zone was submittea: <br />Mary Ayres (Z 88 -6) <br />Tax Lot 300, Assessor's Map 17- 03 -07 -0 0 <br />Northeast corner of Ayres read and Delta Highway <br />Requests a zone change from AG /UL Agricultural District with <br />Urbanizable Land Subdistrict to RA /UL Suburban Residential <br />District with Urbanizable Land Subdistrict. <br />2. The application was initiated and submitted in accordance with EC <br />Section 9.672. Timely and sufficient notice of the zone change hearing under <br />EC Section 9.672 has been provided. <br />3. On Ap'r'il 13, 1988 , a public hearing on the zone change <br />request was hetd. The Planning Department staff notes and recommendation <br />together with the testimony and submittals of persons testifying at that <br />hearing have been considered and are a part of the record of this proceeding. <br />4. Further consideration has been given to and administrative notice <br />taken of °.`ie Drovi sions of the Eugene - Springfield Metropolitan Area General <br />Plan and all applicable special purpose /functional plans, planning - related <br />policies, neighborhood refinement plans, and community plans as set forth on <br />pages I -5 and i -6 of the Metro Plan. <br />5. On the basis of this record, the requested zone change ism)V *'b't <br />consistent with the criteria set forth at -: Section 9.678(2).
