A land use regulation
amendment "significantly affects a transportation tgacility' if it meets one of the following
four factors identified in 660-012-0060(2):

(a) Changes the fitnctional classification of an ex~sting or planned transportation
facili(v:

The proposed Metro Plan mnenchnents do not change the functional classification of any
transportation facility.

(b) Changes standards implementing a functtonal classification system;

The proposed Metro Plan amendments do not change the standards for implementing a
functional classification system.

(c) Allows O'pes or levels of land uses whtch would result in levels of travel or access
which are inconsistent with the fimctional classification of a transportation
facihO~; or

The proposed Metro Plan amendments do not allow types or levels of uses which would
result in levels of travel or access which are inconsistent with the functional classification
of a transportation facility.

Exhibit B to Or&nance 20315 - 5
