Value is strangely-worded and loaded. What is the opposite of the value, "fiscal <br />irresponsibility?" <br /> <br />. Fiscal responsibility should be an aspect of government in general, not just the Eugene City <br />Hall Master Plan project. It should include repairing roads and funding police. <br /> <br />. Building for the future is fiscally responsible. However, the 25 year planning cycle is too <br />short. The cycle should be 50 to 100 years. <br /> <br />.
