<br />CITY MANAGER’S RECOMMENDATION <br />The City Manager has no recommendation on this item; the appointments are made by the council. <br /> <br /> <br />SUGGESTED MOTIONS <br />Budget Committee <br />There are two vacancies on the Budget Committee. One incumbent applied and received enough votes <br />for reappointment. From the eligible pool of candidates, the council chose to interview four <br />applicants. <br /> <br />Move to appoint __________________ to Position 3 on the Budget Committee for a three-year term <br />beginning July 1, 2013, and ending on June 30, 2016. <br /> <br />Move to reappoint Laura Illig to Position 5 on the Budget Committee, for a three-year term beginning <br />July 1, 2013, and ending on June 30, 2016. <br /> <br />Civilian Review Board <br />There are two vacancies on the Civilian Review Board; one incumbent applied and received enough <br />votes for reappointment. From the eligible pool of candidates, the council chose to interview three <br />applicants. <br /> <br />On May 1, 2013, a CRB subcommittee met to review the applications and recommend qualified <br />candidates for council consideration. The panel’s recommendations were forwarded in a <br />memorandum to the council on May 2, 2013. <br /> <br />Move to reappoint Steven Buel-McIntire to Position 3 on the Civilian Review Board, for a three-year <br />term beginning July 1, 2013, and ending on June 30, 2016. <br /> <br />Move to appoint Christopher Wig to Position 4 on the Civilian Review Board for a three-year term <br />beginning July 1, 2013, and ending on June 30, 2016. <br /> <br />Historic Review Board <br />There are four vacancies on the Historic Review board; one incumbent applied and received enough <br />votes for reappointment.
