The Transportation SDC portion is $1,160,160.00 and the Storm SDC portion is $203,145.00. <br />MWMC will reimburse the City $4,225 for adjustment work that was done to their facilities. The <br />nonassessable costs that the City pays for include additional width of paving, intersections, medians, <br />bike lanes, street lights, street trees, and non-assessable storm drainage system costs.
