The Transportation SDC portion is $1,160,160.00 and the Storm SDC portion is $203,145.00. MWMC will reimburse the City $4,225 for adjustment work that was done to their facilities. The nonassessable costs that the City pays for include additional width of paving, intersections, medians, bike lanes, street lights, street trees, and non-assessable storm drainage system costs. Assessment financing, a 1 O-year payment plan through the City, is available to all property owners within the improvement district as identified by Eugene Code, Chapter 7. Based on the low bid received, the costs listed below are the estimated assessment costs plus contingency calculated at the time of the formation of the LID.
