South Willamette Concept Plan
The Single Family
Options Program may
utilize pre- designed
templates developed
collaboratively between
the design community
and neighbors. In
addition, programs
should promote housing
that covers a range of
unit sizes and levels of
affordability with a focus
on populations such
as retirees and singles
that are expected to
increase over the next
20 years as outlined in
the Envision Eugene
recommendations.
The pilot program
can also help test
the feasibility and
effectiveness of certain
guidelines in advance
of writing specific
code language for the
district. Some criteria
applied through the
investment program
may be incorporated
into the code as a basic
requirement, while others
may only be practical to
apply in conjunction with
public investments.
Compact Urban
Development
District
Single Family Options
Investment Area
24th Avenue
Amazon
Park
coor ,ma -m w, LTD
School District.
