Canopies, <br />overhangs, awnings or other overhead elements should occur <br />at regular intervals to identify retail and /or mark entries and <br />lobbies. Storefronts, lobbies, common areas and entries to be <br />oriented to the street and architecturally expressed using high <br />quality materials, including a high degree of transparent glazing <br />(clear glass). Multiple entries required where residential uses <br />occur. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS <br />Multi- family residential, mixed -use, office, community services <br />and internal -block parking to support uses. Porches, stoops <br />and multiple entries are encouraged. Build to property <br />line encouraged.
