Yet Willamette Street, or urban design catastrophes hke the new public library, <br />few know what to do to change the situation, the proposed federal bu~ld~ng and the Qty's current effort to make a cross- <br /> axis through the Park Blocks by building a police station, we've become <br />Most people have come to accept, as part of the American Way, the need accustomed to the endless barrage of ill-conceived development projects <br />to spend fortunes on attorneys whenever the planning establishment comes that degrade our city.
