VOTER INFORMATION <br /> <br /> Notice to Voters <br /> <br />The candidates highlighted in this pamphlet are City of Eugene Mayor and <br />City Council and Eugene Water & Electric Board candidates. The measures <br />highlighted in this pamphlet are City of Eugene and Eugene School District 4J <br />measures. Only registered voters within the Eugene city limits will receive <br />ballots for these candidates. Both registered voters within the Eugene <br />city limits and within the Eugene School District 4J boundary will receive <br />ballots for the Ballot Measures, <br /> <br />This voters' pamphlet was produced by the City of Eugene and only contains <br />information related to the City of Eugene, Eugene School District 4J, and <br />Eugene Water & Electric Board measures or candidates. The city is not <br />authorized to produce information concerning other measures or candidates <br />in this pamphlet. <br /> <br />To reduce costs, we are mailing this voters' pamphlet using bulk mail delivery <br />sorted by ZiP code. This means that some residents who have a "Eugene" <br />address or ZIP code may receive a pamphlet with city information even though <br />their residence is outside the city limits.
