14) <br />If requested as part of an application for development, the <br />City shall reduce the minimum floor area ratio (FAR) within <br />the Crescent Village boundaries to .40 for the commercially <br />zoned portion of that area. (Policy 15) <br /> <br /> Section 9. The findings set forth in Exhibit F attached hereto are adopted as <br />findings in support of this Ordinance. <br /> <br /> Section 10. The maps attached hereto as Exhibits A, B, C, D and E depict the <br />amendments being effected by this Ordinance. Exhibits G and H are adopted as <br />replacement maps for the Coburg-Crescent Subarea Diagram located at page 62 of the <br />Willakenzie Area Plan and the Inset Map D located at page 65 of that Plan, respectively. <br />Exhibits G and H incorporate the amendments effected by this Ordinance, and the City's <br />reclassification of the old Special Light Industrial and General Commercial Districts to the <br />Campus Industrial and Community Commercial Zones respectively (Ordinance No. 20224, <br />with effective date set by Ordinance No. 20229, remanded and readopted by Ordinance <br />No. 20249). The maps have been further updated to reflect completion of transportation <br />improvements and land divisions in the area. Exhibit I is adopted to be inserted into the <br />Willakenzie Area Plan after the Willakenzie Land Use Diagram following page 19. Exhibit I <br />replaces the Northeast portion of the Willakenzie Land Use Diagram. <br /> <br /> Section 11. The City Recorder, at the request of, or with the concurrence of the <br />City Attorney, is authorized to administratively correct any reference errors contained <br />herein or in other provisions of the Eugene Code, 1971, to the provisions added, amended <br />or repealed herein. <br /> <br /> Section 12. If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or portion of this <br />Ordinance is for any reason held invalid or unconstitutional by a court of competent <br />jurisdiction, such portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent provision <br />and such holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions hereof. <br /> <br /> Section 13.
