ORDTN.ANCE NO . ~~o ~ o D <br />An Ordinance uacating the following described sanitary sewer <br />easement, to-wit: <br />A 34 foot wide sanitary sewer easement located on <br />Lots 18 and 19 of Treehouse P.U.D. as platted and <br />recorded on slide 73, file 199 in Lane County <br />Oregon Plat Records. <br />RESER'U'I.NG herein a 7 foot easement on the ground, <br />above the ground, and beneath the ground for pur- <br />poses of a public utility easement on and along <br />the north and east boundaries of Lot l8 of the <br />above described plat, and the right to enter there- <br />on for purposes of construction and maintenance. <br />Land Dynamics - E~' 79-13~ <br />On the 9th day of January ~ 1980, the City Council of the City <br />of Eugene passed Ordinance No. 15553 setting a hearing to be held <br />on the 13th day of Februarys 1980, at the Council. Chambers at City <br />Hall, Eugene, oxegon, at which time and place protests and remon- <br />strances could be heard as to the proposed vacation of the above <br />described sanitary sewer easement. <br />Notice was du~,y and regularly gi~ren of the hearing and a hear- <br />ing was held pursuant to the Ordinance a,t the Council Chambers, at <br />City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, on the lath. day of February, 1980, at <br />Noon, Pacific StandardTime, and at said time and place the Council <br />heard all objections. <br />All persons owning pxoperty abutting upon the sanitary sewer <br />easement to be vacated ha~re consented to the vacation and agplied <br />for the same.. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN ~:S FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The City Council of the City of Eugene finds that <br />due and regulsr notice of the hearing was published and posted as <br />ordinance - l <br />
