The offer of 2.M. Cox, $2000.00, $200.00 down and the balance at $20.00 per onth plus interest at 6% for Lot 6 and the west 1/2 of Lot 7., Block 2, Harris ~ddition was recommended by the Finance Committee with the request that Mr. Cox sub- I bit a down payment of 20% instead of 10%. Upon motion made and seconded the 13' r-ecommendat i on was unanimous ly approved. The offer of R. R. Fenn $60.00 cash for the lot on the north side of 8th ~venue West beginning 39.4 feet east of Almaden and running east 50 feet and north 125 feet, was recommended by the Finance Committee and upon motion made and seconded 141 the recommendation was unanimously approved. Councilman Farrington presented the bills for the month of November, 1939, with the recommendation that warrants be drawn to pay for the .same. The ayes and nays werB called, councilmen voting aye: Lamb, Reid, Hen ns , Page, Bond, Farrington 15"'and Koppe; nay: none; absent: Carlson. The recomrnepdation was declared approved.
