He said after looking <br /> into the matter it was the committee's recommendation that the City accept the <br /> responsibility of taking care of these feathers and that no extra charge be made <br /> for taking care of them. Mr. Brownson said the Engineer was being asked to check <br /> with Mr. nughes regarding a road to deiliiver these feathers. A motion was made <br /> by Hawn and seconded by Koppe that this matter be left in the hands of the Health <br /> Committee together with the Engineer's office with the power to act.
