PUBLIC HEARING: ANNEXATION/REZONING REQUEST FOR PROPERTY LOCATED WEST <br />OF RIVER ROAD AND IN THE SANTA CLARA-RUBY LANE AREA (BERGSTROM, SACRED <br />HEART, ET AL.) (AZ 87-1) <br /> <br />City Manager Micheal Gleason introduced the item. Jim Croteau of the Planning <br />Department gave the staff report. He said the annexation and rezoning <br />proposal includes six tax lots totaling 15 acres. The four property owners <br />have consented to the annexation. He reviewed the existing zoning and the <br />proposed zoning for the properties. <br /> <br />Mr. Croteau said the Planning Commission received testimony about the future <br />development of the western part of Tax Lot 800 on which Sacred Heart General <br />Hospital officials intend to construct a building for an Injured Worker <br />Program.
