I . Council Bill 2792 was read the second time by council bill number only. - Mr. Obie moved, seconded by Ms. Wooten, that the bill be approved and given final passage. Roll call vote; all councilors present voting aye, the bill was declared passed (and became Ordinance No. 19294). III. FINDINGS/LEVYING ASSESSMENTS A. Consideration of Findings (memo, findings distributed) City Manager Micheal Gleason introduced the item. Mr. Obie moved, seconded by Ms. Wooten, to adopt the findings concerning paving Roosevelt Boulevard (#84-0500, 84-0501, and 84-2501). Roll call vote; the motion carried unanimously, 5:0. B. Levying Assessments City Manager Micheal Gleason introduced the item. No staff report was given. CB 2793--An ordinance levying assessments for paving on Roosevelt Boulevard from Bertelsen Road to Belt Line Road (#84-500). CB 2794--An ordinance levying assessments for e paving and sanitary sewers on Roosevelt Boulevard from Bertelsen Road to Maple Street (#84-0501). CB 2795--An ordinance levying assessments for paving and sanitary sewer on Roosevelt Boulevard from Bertelsen Road to Maple Street (#84-2501). Mr. Obie moved, seconded by Ms. Wooten, that the bills be read the second time by council bill number only, with unanimous consent of the council, and that enactment be considered at this time. Roll call vote; the motion carried unanimously, 5:0. Council bills 2793, 2794, and 2795 were read the second time by council bill numbers only. Mr. Obie moved, seconded by Ms. Wooten, that the bills be approved and given final passage.
