Manager explained that <br /> the annexsation was sought by the applicant in order to develop the property. So <br /> far as he knew there was no opposition. <br /> Public hearing was held with no testimony presented. <br /> Mr. Keller moved second by Mrs. Beal to recommend approval and instruct <br /> staff to transmit that recommendation to the Boundary Commission.
