Boundary Commission--Paget Engen said that the Boundary Commission <br /> appropriation bills have been sent to Ways and Means, and have not <br /> been assigned to a subcommittee for a hearing. The legislative <br /> session will be ending some time between June 29th and July 4th, which <br /> means that the Ways and Means chairpersons need to be pursuaded to <br /> schedule those bills. The Senate Chairman, Jack Ripper, and the House <br /> Chairman, Jeff Gilmore, have not been supportive of the funding. Ms. <br /> Engen requested Council's support in contacting legislators, and a <br /> list of the 16 Ways and Means Committee members was distributed among <br /> the Counc i1 ors. <br />H.
