Stage 2 Roadway Improvements <br /> <br />Ail improvements required with Stage 2 may not be constructed until Stage 1 <br />improvements have been completed and are in full operation. Stage 2 work is related to <br />Son Blaze Phase 2 and other anticipated developments'as shown in Table'3 of the Traf~c <br />Impact Analysis (included as Page 5 of this Exhibit A). Reference Drawings 2 and 3 for <br />illustration of required improvements. <br /> <br />· Improve Moon Mountain Drive to City of Eugene standards, from Laurel Hill Drive <br /> to Glenwood Blvd. <br /> <br /> Reconstruct the intersection of Moon Mountain Drive, Glenwood Boulevard and <br /> Glenwood Drive as shown in DraWing 2 of ExMbit A, Page 7. The length of the turn <br /> lanes shall be det~rnined by ODOT. <br /> <br />· Reconstruct.the intersection of Glenwood Drive at the southbound exit ramp terminal <br /> as shown in Drawing 2 of ExMbit A, page 7. The length of the turn lanes shall be <br /> determined by ODOT. The design and construction will be approved by ODOT. <br /> <br /> Extend Glenwood Boulevard south of the Moon Mountain Drive and Glenwood <br /> Drive intersection to the north property boundary of City of Eugene tax lot number <br /> TM 18 03 03, TL 200. This extension is referred to as the "Bracken/em Extension". <br /> The design and construction specifications will be approved by ODOT for the <br /> connection of the Braekenfern Extension to the Glenwood Boulevard/Glenwood <br /> Drive/Moon Mountain Road intersection That portion of the Braekenfem Extension <br /> outside ODOT R/W will be constructed to city street standards. <br /> <br /> Upon completion of the Brackenfern Extension, as outlined above, and prior to <br /> opening the Brackenfern Extension to traffic operations, Moon Mountain Drive at the <br /> Glenwood Boulevard/Glenwood Drive/Moon Mountain Drive intersection shall be <br /> restricted to one-way westbound only operation. The design and construction will be <br /> approved by ODOT. <br /> <br /> In conjunction with the above improvements, construct a fauctional roadway within <br /> the fight of way of25~' Avenue, or an approved alternative alignment, to provide two <br /> way access between Laurel Hill Drive and Brackenfern/Glenwood. At the discretion <br /> of the City of Eugene, this may include full imprOvement of 25a Avenue to city <br /> standards, or a partial improvement that meets requirements for general access <br /> including emergency vehicles. <br /> <br /> Reconstruct the intexsection of Glenwood Boulevard at the northbound offramp <br /> teminnl as shown in. ExMbit A, Drawing 3, page 8. The length'of each of the turn <br /> lanes will be determined by ODOT.
